PixelWorld publishes free, step-by-step tech help for everyday Australians. Our guides cover the phones, computers, home internet and apps people rely on, written in plain English without jargon.
What we cover
- Phones & tablets: iPhone, Android and iPad set-up, storage, battery and eSIM.
- Windows & Mac: updates, slow computers, printers and everyday settings.
- Internet & Wi-Fi: NBN, modems, dropouts and home network speed.
- Apps & accounts: passwords, two-step login, email and popular apps.
Editorial policy
Every guide is built from the maker’s own official help documentation and release notes, gathered at the time the guide is written. We do not publish steps we cannot match to an official source.
We use AI writing tools to help research and draft our guides. Each guide is grounded in the official sources above, and we regularly spot-check published guides, update them when software changes and remove any that no longer meet our standards. Every guide shows the date it was last updated.
Found a step that is wrong or out of date? Email hello@pixelworld.com.au and we will review and correct it.
